Cancellation Policy — Nipromote Market Shopping

At Nipromote Market, we understand that sometimes plans change.

We’ve made order cancellations simple and flexible — but also fair to both customers and sellers.

1. When You Can Cancel

You can cancel your order:

  1. Before the order is shipped or confirmed for dispatch.
  2. If the product is unavailable or delayed beyond the expected delivery time.

Once an order is marked as “Shipped”, it cannot be canceled but can still be returned after delivery following our Return Policy.

2. How to Cancel

  1. Go to My Orders in your Nipromote Market account.
  2. Select the order and click “Cancel Order”.
  3. Choose your reason (e.g., wrong item, duplicate order, change of mind).
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once the cancellation is processed.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  1. If you already made payment, the full amount will be refunded automatically within 5–10 working days after approval.
  2. For Cash on Delivery orders, no charge applies since payment wasn’t processed.

4. Cancellation by Nipromote Market

We may cancel an order in rare cases such as:

  1. Product out of stock
  2. Invalid payment or address details
  3. Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected

In such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund (if payment was made).

5. After Shipment

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

However, you may initiate a return or refund request after receiving the item.
