Nipromote Market Return Policy

At Nipromote Market, we prioritize your satisfaction with every hardware product you purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and reliable return process to help you resolve any issues quickly.

1. Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For issues such as damaged, faulty, or missing parts, we may still review your case beyond 7 days.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, hardware items must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused and in its original packaging (including manuals, tools, accessories, screws, and protective wraps).
  2. The product must be in the same condition as received.
  3. Electrical or electronic hardware (power tools, appliances, components) must be returned with unbroken seals and all accessories included.
  4. Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or modification are not eligible for return.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety, technical, or installation-related reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Cut cables, open coils, or items that have been customized or trimmed (e.g., wires, pipes, chains).
  2. Consumables such as drill bits, blades, abrasives, adhesives, and lubricants once opened or used.
  3. Installed plumbing, electrical, or mechanical components.
  4. Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

4. Return Reasons Accepted

We accept returns for the following hardware-related issues:

  1. Wrong product or wrong specification delivered.
  2. Item is defective, faulty, or damaged upon delivery.
  3. Product is missing components (e.g., screws, parts, accessories).
  4. Product does not match the specifications or description advertised.

5. Refund & Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days through your original payment method, Nipromote Market Wallet, or store credit.
  2. Replacements (if stock is available) will be dispatched immediately after approval.

6. Responsibility & Shipping Costs

  1. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), Nipromote Market covers the return shipping cost.
  2. For returns due to personal reasons (wrong specifications ordered, change of mind, compatibility issues), shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

7. Heavy, Oversized, or Third-Party Hardware Items

Some bulky items (machinery, tools, appliances) or items sold by third-party vendors may follow different return procedures. These details will always be stated clearly on the product page.
