  2. Refunds are completed within 5–10 working days depending on the payment provider.
  3. Wallet refunds are usually instant once approved.

4. Deductions (if applicable)

In some cases, deductions may apply for:

  1. Return shipping fees (if the reason is customer preference)
  2. Service or handling fees (if the item was already processed for delivery)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not apply if:
