Duties of Sales Agents – Nipromote Market Nakuru County

1️⃣ Hardware & Client Relationship Management

  1. Manage and support assigned hardware stores
  2. Build strong, long-term relationships with owners
  3. Help customers understand and use the Nipromote Market system
  4. Encourage hardware owners to order consistently
  5. Handle follow-ups, queries, and feedback professionally

2️⃣ Daily Sales Activities

  1. Visit assigned hardwares physically when needed
  2. Make follow-up calls and WhatsApp follow-ups
  3. Present offers, promotions, and new product deals
  4. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  5. Push weekly and monthly sales targets

3️⃣ Onboarding & System Usage Support

  1. Assist hardware stores to register on the new Nipromote Market System
  2. Teach them how to place orders
  3. Guide them on app/website usage
  4. Ensure smooth transition from old to new system
  5. Provide support during initial orders

4️⃣ Achieving Sales Targets

  1. Achieve set targets for each hardware
  2. (e.g., KSh 50,000–300,000 per store depending on size)
  3. Track and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
  4. Work closely with management to hit total team targets

5️⃣ Promotion of Offers & Deals

  1. Promote ongoing offers like cement discounts, deformed bar deals, flash sales
  2. Share promotional posters with hardwares
  3. Encourage bulk orders to maximize profit
  4. Inform stores about loyalty points or discount vouchers

6️⃣ Market Expansion

  1. Identify new hardware stores to onboard
  2. Introduce Nipromote Market to new clients
  3. Expand coverage in regions like Nakuru, Eldoret, Nairobi, etc.
  4. Suggest potential suppliers from the field

7️⃣ Order Processing & Support

  1. Assist in placing orders for hardwares when necessary
  2. Track orders until delivery

8️⃣ Reporting & Documentation

  1. Prepare weekly sales reports
