Delete your Nipromote account
You can delete your Nipromote account and its data at any time.
In the app: open the Nipromote app → Profile → Delete Account → confirm.
On the website: log in at nipromotemarket.com → My Profile → Delete Account → confirm.
By email: send a request from your registered email or phone to support@nipromotemarket.com with the subject "Delete my account". We process requests within 7 days.
What is deleted: your profile (name, email, phone, photo), saved addresses, wishlist, cart, chat messages, reviews and notification tokens.
What may be kept: order and payment records that we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, for up to the period required by law.
